Our mindfulness groups are perfect for those who are frequently thinking about the past or the future. They will teach you how to live in the present, becoming more self-aware, calmer and less stressed. You will feel more able to choose how to respond to your thoughts and feelings and cope better with difficult or unhelpful thoughts, being kinder towards yourself.
