CREATIVE ART THERAPY

Art therapy helps explore your emotions, improve self-esteem, relieve stress, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression and can help you cope with a physical illness or disability. The therapeutic process is not about the artistic value of the work, but rather about finding the links between the creative choices you make and your inner feelings and self expression.

NATTERING KNITTING & STITCHING

Talking and sharing to help manage stress, depression, anxiety and loneliness. It can also  help to slow down and ground negative emotions and help to create a positive path to PEACE.

MINDFULNESS

Our mindfulness groups are perfect for those who are frequently thinking about the past or the future.  They will teach you how to live in the present, becoming more self-aware, calmer and less stressed.  You will feel more able to choose how to respond to your thoughts and feelings and cope better with difficult or unhelpful thoughts, being kinder towards yourself.
